Common questions
What is your minimum order?
Our wholesale minimum is a $300 total order, with at least 5 of each wholesale item. If you are not sure whether your order qualifies, get in touch and we will work it out together.
How are products packed for wholesale?
Wholesale orders are hand delivered, or available for pickup, packed in cardboard boxes. Orders travelling by courier during our shipping season, October to April, get additional packaging to make sure everything arrives safely.
What is your lead time?
Typically 3 to 5 business days. Larger orders, and orders placed during busy periods, can take up to two weeks, so the earlier you get in touch, the better.
Who stocks Cacao Boys?
A handful of partner stores carry a small selection of our products. In Muskoka, look for us at Hiram St Market and Simply Cottage in Bracebridge, The Shipyards in Gravenhurst, Port Sandfield Marina, and Field of Greens in Port Carling. Further afield, you will find us at Em's Cafe in Coldwater, Castle Antiques and Cafe in Haliburton, and Terre Bleu in Elora.
