About Cherry Truffle
We start with an Amarena cherry, the good Italian kind packed in syrup, and wrap it in milk chocolate. The outside gets rolled in toasted coconut and chopped peanuts, so there is texture before you reach the fruit.
It eats like a whole dessert in one bite. Nice as an after-dinner piece, or as the wildcard in a mixed box.
