About Chocolate Bar 100g – Gold Chocolate and Crisp Pearls (Copy)
Gold chocolate is white chocolate taken further: the sugar and milk are caramelized until it turns amber and tastes of toffee and butter. We use Callebaut Gold, the Belgian original.
Then we scatter crisp chocolate pearls across the top for a bit of crackle. If caramel is your weakness, start here.
