Same local Muskoka Lakes Farm cranberries as our milk bar, this time against dark chocolate that leans into the tartness instead of softening it. Sharp, fruity, grown-up.
We sell plenty of these around the Bala Cranberry Festival, but the pairing works all year. Good with a glass of red.
