About Dipped Sponge Toffee – Dark Chocolate 100g
Sponge toffee is mostly air and nerve. We cook ours in the Bala shop until it foams up light and honeycombed, then coat it in Valrhona dark chocolate.
The 66% keeps it from tipping too sweet, so you get caramel first, then a clean bitter finish.
A 100g bag that shatters the second you bite.
