About Amarena Cherry (Milk)
We start with Fabbri Amarena cherries, the prized Italian ones steeped in dark syrup, and build around them: a spoonful of that syrup, a dark chocolate ganache, and a milk chocolate shell to round the edges.
The result is bright and tangy where you expect only sweet, the kind of bonbon that makes people ask what is inside.

Spotted this shop driving through Bala… amazing. Beautiful space inside with a huge wraparound porch! I tried this and it was delicious… amarena cherry, different. The chocolates are like pieces of art. Shop local! 🍒🍫😋

The chocolates and other goodies at Cacao Boys are absolutely delicious!!! We have some favorites, like Peanut Butter Cups, Salted Caramel Turtles and Cherry Bonbons…oh yes, and those melt in your mouth Chocolate Chip Cookies, but everything is amazing. Definitely #1 Chocolate Shop…we can’t wait for our next visit!
