About Salted Caramel – Dark Chocolate
Some flavours do not need reinventing, they need doing properly. We cook our caramel low and slow with butter and cream, add a considered pinch of salt, then a touch of lemon and vanilla to keep it from turning cloying.
Sealed in Valrhona Caraibe 66%, the dark chocolate pulls the sweetness back into line. Skip the drama, this is the fancy chocolate that simply works.
