About Blood Orange (Dark)
Chocolate orange has a fan club, and this bonbon is aimed squarely at it. We fold blood orange puree straight into dark chocolate, so the citrus reads as sweet and deep rather than sharp.
The 66% Caraibe shell reins in the sweetness, and every one gets a marbled orange finish, painted by hand.
