About Nanaimo Bar (Milk) (G)

Nanaimo bars are a potluck fixture from coast to coast, and we could not resist shrinking one into a shell. A custard ganache stands in for the middle layer, backed by a graham, coconut and pecan ganache for the base.

The milk Valrhona shell replaces the chocolate top, finished by hand at our Bala counter.

A conversation starter in any mixed box, especially for the homesick Canadian.
