About Strawberry Vanilla (Milk)
This one tastes like the first bowl of strawberries and cream of the season. We brighten fresh strawberry pate de fruits with a little balsamic, then settle it against a Madagascar vanilla bean ganache.
The milk Valrhona shell keeps it soft and sweet. Hand-painted in Bala, one shell at a time.
An easy favourite for the strawberry-season crowd and a pretty addition to any box.
