Peanut butter and chocolate is a childhood alliance most of us carry into adulthood. We honour it with a filling of peanut butter and graham crumb, loosened with a dark chocolate ganache, all inside a milk Valrhona shell.
Salty, sweet, a little nostalgic, and coloured by hand in Bala.
