About Pure Milk (Milk)
There is nowhere to hide in a plain milk bonbon, which is exactly why we make one. The ganache is Valrhona Jivara 40%, a couverture with real caramel and malt notes, set inside a shell of the same chocolate.
Smooth, creamy, gently sweet. We colour each shell by hand in Bala, then let the chocolate speak.
The safe bet in any box, and the one milk-chocolate fans reach for first.
