About Salted Caramel – Milk Chocolate
We make our salted caramel in dark and milk, and the milk version is the gentler one. The same slow-cooked caramel, but the Jivara shell tips it toward sweet and creamy, with just a whisper of salt.
If dark chocolate is a bit much for you, start here. Each one is hand-finished here in Bala.
