Lemon Blueberry (White)

Lemon and blueberry bring out the best in each other, sweet and acidic pulling in opposite directions. We layer a blueberry pate de fruits under a bright lemon ganache, then wrap both in a Valrhona Ivoire white shell.

White chocolate softens the whole thing without dulling the zing. We paint each shell in-store.
