About Toasted Almond (Dark)
Most bonbons are all soft. This one has a whole toasted almond at the centre, so there is a real crunch waiting under the shell. We surround it with a dark chocolate almond ganache built on Valrhona Amatika.
A 66% Caraibe shell holds it on the grown-up side of nutty. Painted in the shop, one dome at a time.
For the snacker who likes a little texture with their chocolate.
