About Muskoka Maple (Milk)
Every fall we paint these bonbons in the reds and ambers of a Muskoka autumn, one shell at a time. Inside is a soft milk chocolate ganache with real Muskoka maple syrup stirred through, so the maple reads warm and rounded rather than sugary.
It is the flavour of a cottage-country October in a single bite. Catch them while the leaves are turning, because when the season ends, so do these.
