This one is for people who order their coffee black. We build the ganache from Valrhona Abinao 85%, one of the darkest couvertures made, then wrap it in a 66% Caraibe shell so the bitterness lands smooth instead of sharp.

No fruit, no caramel, nothing to hide behind. Just deep cocoa, hand-painted in Bala.
