About Cranberry Pistachio Pecan Biscotti with Dark Chocolate Drizzle
This is our most local biscotti. The dried cranberries come from Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery, just up the road in Bala, and they bring a tart chew that plays off the pistachio and pecan.
We bake the biscotti twice for a proper snap, then drizzle it with Valrhona 66% dark chocolate. Dunk it in a latte or cappuccino and let the edge soften. One taste of Muskoka in every stick.
