About Hazelnut (Milk)
Toasted hazelnut and milk chocolate is comfort in its simplest form. Our ganache leans on hazelnut praline for depth, smooth and warm rather than sweet.
We set it in a Valrhona Jivara shell and paint each one in the Bala shop. Nothing showy, just a flavour people trust.
A reliable crowd-pleaser, and a soft landing for anyone new to filled bonbons.
