About Sponge Toffee Bark – Milk Chocolate 100g
Sponge toffee is all light, airy crackle, but on its own it can vanish before you taste any chocolate. So we flipped the ratio.
This bark is a thick slab of milk chocolate carrying pockets of sponge toffee, snapped into rough shards. You still get that honeycomb crunch, now with creamy milk chocolate around every piece. A 100g bag to keep on the counter and chip away at.
